Neither a Guest House, nor aHotel, Blakes of Dover is quite unique as a Fine Restaurant with Superioraccommodation. 5 minutes from the Hover and Ferryport. M20 and A2 motorwayare easily accessible.

Blakes of Dover offers Fourbeautifully decorated en-suite double rooms and one luxury self-containedsuite. All rooms have colour televisions and complimentary tea, coffee &Biscuits etc. Radio Alarm Clock, Trouser Press and hairdryer. Our Superior roomshave a king size bed and also have an additional single bed, so when made up(by advance request only @ 5.00 GBP additional charge) they can comfortablyaccommodate a family or alternatively three adults. Our Standard rooms areequally well appointed, although not as spacious, but with the full range offacilities. In addition, we have a luxury self-contained suite. Ourself-contained suite, at the top of our building (stairs not for the 'fainthearted') has twin beds in the bedroom, a large lounge containing a sofa bed,a fully fitted & well equipped kitchen and a bathroom. This is perfectfor family groups, or for a longer stay. The sofa bed can only be made upwith advance notice and there is a 5.00 GBP charge. We specialise in serviceto our business community. To this extent we can provide a range offacilities to suit your requirements and to make your stay a pleasure. Blakesof Dover also has a wonderful restaurant & bar with an internationalreputation. We provide a delightful medium for eating and drinking. Wespecialise in the preparation of much local caught fish, bought directly fromour fishmonger in Deal. Including Dover and Lemon Sole & Plaice, as wellas local smoked Haddock, also Rainbow Trout, Scottish Salmon Steak &Swordfish. Also available are Prime Scoth Steaks, Chef's Specials and anexcellent range of Homemade Vegetarian Dishes. Our range of evening meals isavailable from 7.95 GBP. Normal restaurant opening hours are from 6pm Mondayto Saturday and on Sundays during the Summer Season.
